The Thirteen Plus Scholarship has been established to honor Edward and Shirley Niepoth, longtime residents and active members of the Bellaire community. Ed and Shirley raised 13 children and parented with a focus on strong family values. They lived their lives with the "can do" attitude and this attitude was demonstrated throughout their life. They believed that anything can be accomplished - when one puts their mind to it. This scholarship is in their honor and the great attributes that they have passed on to others.
