The Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation can be of assistance to area nonprofits in various ways.


In February 2009, the Community Foundation, in partnership with Traverse, Northern Michigan's Magazine, hosted a panel discussion on The Future of Nonprofits in Our Region.

A variety of topics were covered, including how fundraising is changing and staying the same, five things nonprofit leaders should focus on, will foundations reduce their grantmaking amounts, etc.
