Rotary Charities Capacity Building Grants Rotary Charities is providing assistance to nonprofit organizations in the 5-county area to improve their ability to fulfill their missions, thus ensuring the sustainability of an efficient and effective nonprofit system that is responsive to evolving community need. In order to assist a nonprofit develop successful capacity building strategies, Rotary Charities will provide funding on two different levels.
