Our Funds

The Traverse City Tourism Hospitality Scholarship is a regional scholarship supporting students who are pursuing degrees, industry certifications, or careers in hospitality or tourism-related studies. Future entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply! This scholarship is awarded to:

• graduating high school senior(s) from Benzie or Grand Traverse County; or
• current NMC students that are planning to pursue a career in the hospitality and/or tourism field.

While students from a variety of backgrounds are welcome to apply, preference is given to those who are active in school and extracurricular activities, who have demonstrated community responsibility through volunteer efforts, and who have held jobs in the hospitality industry and are excited to continue. Financial need is considered.
