TC Track Club Endowment Grant Application
The Traverse City Track Club Endowment supports projects and programs that align with the Track Club's mission: The Traverse City Track Club promotes and encourages health, fitness, fellowship, community service, family recreation and competition via running and walking. We welcome all ages and abilities.
Organizations across Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau Counties and the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians are welcome to apply, including:
- 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations
- Organizations with a 501(c)3 fiscal sponsor
- Educational institutions
- Governmental entities
- Tribal organizations
Grants from the TC Track Club are funded through both the TC Track Club Endowment, which we steward, as well as direct charitable gifts to the TC Track Club.
Grant Eligibility
- Applicants applying under a fiscal sponsor must provide a signed fiscal sponsorship agreement.
- Projects or programs must be running/walking-related and align with the Traverse City Track Club mission: The Traverse City Track Club promotes and encourages health, fitness, fellowship, community service, family recreation and competition via running and walking. We welcome all ages and abilities.
- No part of a grant may be used for, or applied to, work completed prior to an award.
- The following are not eligible for grants:
- Sponsorships of running/walking events.
- Operating expenses.
- Individuals.
How to Apply
Applications can be submitted through our Grants Portal between August 15-October 1.
Post-Grant Reports
We value data and how it informs both our ongoing impact and future grants. Grant partners will be invited to complete a grant report within a year of being awarded a grant.
Grant reports are used to understand the outcome of your project or program and allow us to share the successes of your work with our supporters, community partners, and the general public.
