Tips for Completing Your Online Application


  • You will be prompted to login before you can access the online application. If this is the first time you've completed one of our online applications, you will be prompted to register. If you've completed an online application before and cannot remember your password please contact Program Officer, Gina Thornbury, for a password reset. Email Gina or call her at 231-935-4066.

  • At the bottom of the online application screen, you'll be offered two choices: "Review and Submit" and "Save and Resume Later." If you choose to save your application, it is your responsibility to return to the saved application, complete and submit it. Only complete applications will be considered. To return to your saved application, click on "Begin Online Application" and you will be prompted to enter your username and password. 

  • If you are ready to submit your application, select "Review and Submit;" click on the link to download and review your application. Once you have reviewed and are ready to submit, click "Submit Form".

  • Once you've submitted your online application, you will get an email confirming your application was received. If you do not receive the confirmation email, it is likely your application was not submitted properly.
