Hallie lived with a fun-loving, courageous luminescence that brought good will to her life, family, friends, and the good of others. She died in 2016, after a four-year fight with ovarian cancer, during which she was a constant torch bearer for the fight against ovarian cancer.
Now, Hallie's Hearts Endowment will help to continue her effort in carrying that torch.
What impression will you make? Let's give it forward, together.
Gini's Pantry Endowment helps to feed the community through annual grant awards to Acme Christian Thrift Store and Food Pantry (ACTS). Learn more about ACTS here.
Gini Claudepierre was an ACTS Board member and the primary grantwriter for six years. She died in May 2017 and her family looked for how best to continue her impact and legacy. Based on her dedication to providing food for families in need, Gini’s Pantry Endowment was established. This endowment’s purpose is to help feed the community. The Community Foundation will award annual grants for this purpose to ACTS in the name of Gini. The grant award amount, and the benefit to ACTS, will increase as the endowment grows with new gifts. Anyone can donate to the Community Foundation for Gini’s Pantry Endowment to honor Gini and to continue her passion for helping to feed our community.
