The National Writers Series Philip L. Cochran Poetry Scholarship Endowment for post-secondary education to area high school students that demonstrate excellence in poetry writing. Award winners are determined annually in cooperation with the Community Foundation/Traverse City National Writers Series Scholarship competitive application process.
